MCS – RMH Yearly Support Contract

Keep your RMH system running smoothly with a full year of support from MCS. The contract includes:

– Unlimited help with anything RMH-related by phone, email, and secure remote connection (ScreenConnect)
– Off-site backup of your RMH database
– PC Matic security on your RMH computers
– RMH updates installed for you, for stores on an RMH Enhancement Plan
– All MCS RMH Utilities included at no extra charge, such as the Duplicate Fix, Physical Inventory Cleaner, and Central AR Cleanup
– A discounted $125/hour rate for non-RMH work like networking, Outlook, other programs, and general IT (normally $225/hour)

Coverage is per store: one contract covers one store’s RMH database and the computer it runs on. If you would like us connected to any additional RMH computer in your store (register or workstation) so we can help your staff and show them how to use RMH, each additional RMH computer is $120.00 per year.

An RMH reinstall isn’t included and is billed separately.
